🧾 Used Appliances – Full 90-Day Mechanical Warranty

Every used appliance comes with our Full 90-Day Mechanical Warranty, designed to keep your appliance running smoothly.

✅ Coverage Details:

First 90 Days (Day 1–90):

• 100% coverage at no cost to you
• Includes:
  • Parts
  • Labor
  • Service time
  • Trip fees

After 90 Days (Months 4–12):

• Optional support may be available, billed at full price for parts, labor, and trip fees
• Availability is not guaranteed

⚠️ Warranty Terms & Conditions:

To maintain your warranty and avoid disqualification:

• Warranty is void if the appliance is misused, neglected, tampered with, or repaired by anyone not authorized by ABC Appliances.
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, rust, noise, etc.) and accessories (e.g., shelves, hoses, bulbs) are not covered.
• Warranty applies only to mechanical function, not installation issues or performance preferences.
• Any delivery-related damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for any home or property damage caused by appliance malfunction (e.g., water leaks, electrical issues).
• All service fees (delivery, trip fees, stairs, etc.) are non-refundable — no exceptions.
• Warranty is transferable with the original purchaser’s name or the appliance’s serial number.
• Appliances found to be in working condition are not eligible for service, return, refund, or credit.

🔁 What If the Appliance Can’t Be Repaired?

If your appliance is found to be unrepairable within the 90-day warranty window, and no suitable replacement is available:

• We may issue store credit
  (This is a last-resort option after all warranty service and replacement efforts have been exhausted)

💡 Note: Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

🆕 New Appliances – Manufacturer & Optional Extended Warranty

All brand-new appliances sold by ABC Appliances include a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.

🛡️ Optional Extended Coverage:

• Extend your manufacturer warranty up to 5 additional years (6 total)
• Coverage provided through CPS (Consumer Protection Services)
• Available for an additional cost at the time of purchase
• Protects against mechanical failures and other covered issues beyond the manufacturer’s term
